Best Rock Songs to Start the day

Best Rock Songs to Start the day

Aside from making a cup of coffee and checking on the fridge for what to have for breakfast,  playing music from your devices (yes, devices, since saying ‘turning the radio on’ is getting behind the times as of this writing) is probably one of the first things people do after they wake up in the morning. THOMAS, ANAK NG LUMIKHA

THOMAS, ANAK NG LUMIKHA

After the mourning, glorifying the life should follow.

The Flambeaux

“THE FLAMBEAUX”
Juan Bautista

The moth flies around the flambeaux like a freeman who believes he’s the king of the world. No one and nothing could waylay as the moth owns everything around the golden sconce when suddenly, an intruder was seen flying around the dim umbrella of light underneath the moth’s cherished territory. The intruder constantly disappears to the dark every time the moth was trying to approach it. It angers the moth. The moth won’t be at peace until it was certain that the intruder would never go back. Continue reading “The Flambeaux”

THE STRUGGLE IS REAL

Matindi ang taong ‘to. 2020.

Rap Game is back! Continue reading “APOY: RAP GAME 2020”

As Hip Hop continues to grow in the Philippines over the years, one of the most important elements of the genre is the sincere dedication to artistically vision and represent our own culture. Most Filipino Hip Hop artists write and produce songs about the society, heritage, noble people and of course, the Philippines in general.

Dear Mr. Ben Tulfo

Dear Mr. Ben Tulfo,

Sir, victim blaming ‘yan. Malabo ang argumentong ‘yan. Continue reading “Dear Mr. Ben Tulfo”

KOBE BRYANT: HOW HE CHANGED THE MINDS AND HEARTS OF HIS GENERATION, AND THE NEXT

KOBE BRYANT: HOW HE CHANGED THE MINDS AND HEARTS OF HIS GENERATION, AND THE NEXT

I am still beyond devastated while I write this piece. Kobe Bryant, age 41, passed away with his 13 year old daughter Gianna. Bryant’s Sikorsky S-76 helicopter crashed in Calabasas, California.

Kobe Bryant is among the NBA 1996 Draft Class. It is one the most stacked draft of rookies which include Ray Allen, Stephon Marbury, Marcus Camby, Steve Nash and Sharif Abdur-Rahim. Coming straight out from High School, the Black Mamba immediately gained popularity as one of the best players in the league. Warehouse

“Warehouse”

Dubai, U.A.E (2008)

Continue reading “Warehouse”
